Can number 48 Driver was extremely rude. He came before time which I appreciate, however when I got out he was at the wrong address. I give him the benefit of doubt that he was provided with the incorrect address, so it took 5 extra minutes. He was patronizing and extremely unprofessional. As soon as I sat down, he started educating how people should come before the requested time so the driver's are not late. I was out at 4.22 am, my requested time was 4.20. He was at tge wrong address and delayed 5 more minutes. Such a terrible attitude this driver had. Did not wear a mask and started arguing and yelling when I requested him to wear a mask. Moreover, Charge! I had called the company twice to discuss the service charge, I was given a flat rate from my home to the airport, however they charged me by meter and also added extra for the toll. I had specifically asked while booking if I will be charged extra for toll and they said no. Will never take their service again. When I called the company after this terrible experience, I was told that masks are required for the driver's. The driver however told me its not mandatory and started yelling. I should not have tipped him if I knew he clearly lied. Extremely bad experience. Will never recommend this company to anyone.

I received the best service. The driver was 15 minutes early for my 5:00am pick up from Waltham ma to Logan Airport. I was there on time. I have used them twice since and have never been disappointed.

I took a Taxi from Extended Stay America to Watertown Square and it was amazing. Very nice guy that knew how to crack some jokes. The cab ride was smooth with no issues. Definitely one of the best in the Waltham area.

I called the cab company the day before so that I could have a driver there at 4am for my early morning flight. The driver did arrive on time. However, instead of calling me on the phone when he arrived, the driver decided to beep the horn. I can't really hear what's going on outsidee the house when all the doors and windows are closed. Finally a few minutes after 4am I walk outside to see if the cab has arrived. He tells me he has been beeping the horn. So I load my luggage and go back inside for a few more minutes. Before I leave the house I hear the driver LAYING on the horn. I have other people at home who are sleeping. When I get in the car the driver says that I'm late and that he has other people in NH to pick up. I look at his clock and it reads 4:07am. So this guy has a pick up that's 45minutes from Boston and now he is allegedly going to be late because of the 7 minutes I was late? Right.
