I was asked to look at a friend's truck that had broken down outside the Dell's area. He had this shop tow in his truck and repair it. First he was told it needed an hpop to start it, they installed it but charged him 8 hrs of labor for a 2.5 hr job..then batteries, then all of the sudden he had a bad motor..... quoted 5000 for labor. So I got called into this to go out there and see what's going on. Got out there from Milwaukee and go to the office and the guy takes off for lunch! We called earlier to tell him we were coming. So we waited, the guy came back and said no one wrote the bill up and that we could not take the truck....but the office is locked and he could not write a bill.....so we look at the truck and found missing parts.... the guy walked all over the lot to install missing parts.... then we were told the owner would meet us and call us in a half hour.... never did. Not to mention the shop and yard were a complete mess looked like a junk yard not a truck shop. By their piss poor diagnosis of my friends engine I'd say they'd have better luck fixing their teeth than they do fixing engines. Completely unprofessional these guys are clearly out to screw out of towners and not interested in genuinely properly fixing trucks, customer service is a joke..... do not go to this shop....you will not be satisfied.

Came in to ASAP to get a repair for a broken leaf spring. Called at 9 from down the road, got there at 9:30, the repair was finished by 10:15 and I was on my way again. Fantastic job done.

I am not a customer of this company. But, my motorhome was sideswiped by one of their drivers and did some damage. Rather than own up to it, the driver claimed it was my fault. The owners then claimed that their truck was damaged in order to not at least share a part of the expense to fix my new motorhome. If I were looking for signs on whether to trust a company or not, my experience would lead me to question them.
