Dr Neil demonstrates the most professional blend of technical expertise, and a genuine caring for his patients. He takes time to listen and answer all questions, no matter how trivial, without making you feel small in the process. He has placed an emphasis on updating the dental procedures and equipment to the most modern means available. A perfect example is my first dental implant cleaning. Dr Patel executed the work . She used a newly purchased instrument enabling my cleaning to be performed without the removal of my implants. She was precise, thorough, personable and accomplished this work within a shorter time frame than I anticipated. I am so grateful to Dr Neil and his team at By Design Dental. They have truly changed my life and ability to smile at the world! Thanks to all!

From the moment I walked in until the moment I left, every single staff member was warm, caring, and kind. You can tell they truly value their patients and take pride in what they do. I was impressed right away by how thorough the exam process was. They took multiple images to make sure there weren’t any underlying issues, which gave me so much confidence in their attention to detail. Dr. Patel greeted me with the warmest welcome and immediately made me feel at ease. I got a little laugh when one of the other dentists handed me Hershey’s Kisses for Halloween and joked that he probably shouldn’t be giving out candy as a dentist — it was such a fun and thoughtful touch! As for my cleaning, it was hands down the best dental experience I’ve ever had. It was incredibly thorough yet completely painless — no scraping discomfort, no anxiety, just a truly gentle and detailed cleaning. Dr. Patel took her time, explained everything clearly, and made the experience feel personal and relaxed. I left feeling so pleased with my results — the staining on my bottom teeth (under my permanent retainer) is practically gone, and my smile has never looked better. If you’re looking for a dentist who combines skill, professionalism, and genuine warmth, I can’t recommend Dr. Patel and her team enough!

I had my first appointment with Dr. Patel today and it was honestly such a great experience! The whole new patient process was made super easy and quick for me. Morgan was super helpful regarding my insurance coverage as I was not sure if they took my insurance, they do! Dr. Patel took her time during the appointment and was really thorough. She even showed me a scan of my teeth and explained where she found cavities, which I thought was awesome. The office is really nice and everyone on the staff was so friendly. Her husband Dr. Neil even stopped in to say hi and introduce himself, which was nice. I left feeling really comfortable and at home here. Highly recommend to anyone who is looking for a new dentist!
