The worst company to work in. The upper management has ego. They literally beg other influencer marketing companies (competitors) to share the influencers' list. Don't even have database. There's a lot of problem in the entire process & they simply ignore it, they don't take suggessions from associates. The awards & incentives are given to the management level, not to the associates who work hard to keep the company alive. Salary is too low compared to the mental pressure they're giving. They call it "influencer marketing", but it feels like a sales job. Many holidays are cancelled due to work loads & monthly targets (just like sales, but no incentives). And there are no innovative ideas, they work as per the templates. P.S - all the good reviews are probably from the top management level, and other people are forced to write the nice reviews.
