I had a referral from VA to see a dentist in the community. They found one outside of my area. I was hoping they would be kind before going. The moment I walked up to the building Ms. Barbara was holding the door patiently for me and I noticed how cleaned the front office and the lobby were and how it was all arranged. Everything was so beautiful!!!!! Ms. Barbara greeted me with kindness and respect. She brought the forms to me and she came to get them so I wouldn’t have to struggle to get up. And when they called for me they were all there ready to help me to my feet. I just knew the dentist was going to be just as kind. I saw Dr. Dorna Akhavain. I couldn’t pronounce her name but she was ok with me calling her Dr. Dorna. Her assistant was also kind. They knew I had a fear of needles. They both were gentle caring. They treated me with dignity and respect during both of my visits. I had interactions with other people in the office. They too treated me with kindness and respect over the phone and in the office. They treated me like I was someone important and like they cared about me. I was initially supposed to have care at another dentist office in that area. But they never reached out to me. So VA said they would send me to a different location. I am so glad they found Wallace of Family Dentistry. If I could give them 10 Stars I would. If you need any dental work done I would recommend this dental practice. I will always remember the people who were nice to me and treated me with Kindness.

Dr. Akhavain is seriously the best! She’s kind, gentle, and incredibly thorough—every visit feels easy and comfortable. The whole office is friendly, upbeat, and actually makes going to the dentist something I don’t dread. They’re gentle, explain everything clearly, and genuinely care about their patients. The place is always spotless and welcoming too. If you’re looking for a dentist who actually makes you feel comfortable and taken care of, this is the one.

Amy was so compassionate while cleaning my teeth!! Dr. Wallace is also very gentle and compassionate as well!! I have an extreme fear of dentists, but he makes sure I am comfortable and relaxed. They, as far as dentists go, are the best for your dental care!!

They are a wonderful practice! I’ve been going to them for almost 3 years and each time they are diligent and awesome. Jennifer does an excellent job cleaning my teeth and is very personable and professional. 10/10 recommend!
