We used Kim Cares this past October (2025) and we couldn’t be happier with the care we received from Michelle while watching our Golden Retriever, Ruby. Both Kim and Michelle were excellent in communicating with us, providing multiple daily updates and lots of pictures. Ruby was spoiled with attention, walks and playtime, and was very happy upon our return. As a bonus, Michelle left our home so clean and tidy which was very much appreciated. We will definitely be booking again for our next trip, and would 100% recommend Kim Cares.

Kim and her amazing team have been taking such wonderful care of our fur baby Bella whenever we travel! 💕.In November 2024, Cameron and Kim were sooper amazing with our Bella, and again in February 2025, Kim and Michelle stayed with her. Bella loved them so much she actually went around the house looking for them for days after they left! 🥹❤️ They truly care for Bella with so much love and attention. For them, it is not just a job.... it is a passion for caring for fur babies. Before each stay, they take the time to learn her routine, likes, dislikes, and even her favorite meals (they were so amused by our little princess’s dinner choices 😄). While we are away, they constantly send photos and updates, which gives us such peace of mind knowing Bella isn’t just okay ....she is happy and loved. They even track our flights and leave our home clean and fur-free (“fewer Bella blessings” 😆). They are kind, caring, and always go above and beyond. We feel truly blessed to have Kim, Cameron, and Michelle in Bella’s life. Already booked them for our next trips , because there’s no one else we would trust more! 🐾💖Thank you for all that you do, from the bottom of our hearts!

Kim’s service is absolutely fabulous! I was away for almost 3 weeks and was confident my dog Lupo was in great hands! He is an older dog and has special needs and Kim met his challenging routine! She kept me updated on how things where going! Lupo fell in love with her the first night and seeing a picture of him cuddled up on the couch with her warmed my heart!❤️

Kim and her team looked after our guys for a week in August. Air Canada Strike, flight cancellations and changed plans were all challenges but our dogs were safe and happy at home. Peace of mind…. Thank you for being so flexible and understanding.
