My car was collected and returned on a low loader. The work carried out was completed to a high standard of which I am happy with. It was also completed within a quick timeframe. On return my car appeared to be very dusty inside with gravelly/sandy deposits on the front seats and a dusty dashboard which required a wipe down/polish/hoover by myself. Other than this I am happy with the service and communication from DLG was good.

At first I thought the process was a bit slow. But once booked in they kept me up to date with the process and how long the repairs would take. All the staff spoke to once booked in were polite and courteous . Especially the lady who booked my courtesy car in. Was much easier having an insurance approved repair centre deal with everything.
