Pay not-so-econo price, get broken equipment and amenities. How do you expect to maintain a healthy gym if basic etiquette isn't enforced, non-paying customers are allowed in and employees let their friends freely come in and out?

It was the worst experience. I put my belongings in the locker, locked it, and then went to work out. When I returned after finishing, the padlock was gone and my wallet was stolen. I only realized my wallet was missing after I left the gym, so I inquired them. I haven't received a reply in over a month. Nearly $500 had also been taken from my debit card. I strongly recommend not bringing a wallet or other personal items if you go here.

It’s very sad to see how people are breaking the machines (listen to the bang) and are unaware of how to train properly. And the workers are never saying anything, suddenly most of the machines are broken. There’s so much potential at this gym to make it nice. It is also very annoying at the détente zone of this gym, people are talking loudly and listening to their music super loud, they should put a sign like at the other Econofitness downtown. This sign is at Econofitness downtown (Mcgill) and it’s super nice to be able to relax for real. We could learn from the best.

BEWARE..Every week somebody steals something from the lockers, and they have no cameras inside. Thieves constantly scan lockers for electronic items. Mon IPAD a été volé de mon LOCKER a Econofitness alexis nihon. Ya pas de sécurité !! Je vais arrêter mon abonnement! My IPAD WAS STOLEN FROM MY LOCKER AT ECONOFITNESS ALEXIS NIHON. ITS NOT A SECURE GYM! Im CANCELLING MY MEMBERSHIP!
