I love this apartment, love the staff, 5/5 stars all around except ...one load of laundry cost $6, more if it is a medium size load for extra drying time. This adds up to around $50 a month minimum. Whatever, who cares. The issue is, the laundry room is NEVER clean. My clothes smell disgusting, covered in dog hair. I do not own a dog. I have to wipe down the machines with clorox wipes before using to get all the hair and grime out, takes a long time. Even then still smells like a dirty dog. Sometimes there are sticks, leaves, dirt in the machines. I've seen cats and dogs inside the laundry room. They make a lot of money from folks doing laundry, least they can do is maintenance clean machines so I dont pay $6 for my clothes to smell like dirty dog, with dog hair on them. I now have to drive across town to do laundry elsewhere. Other than that, Von Klein has been great. Super nice, good apartment. 5 stars. Just REALLY inconvenient..

They employed a real creep called Kevin who sent video footage of getting into my male friends car to my fiancée. We are all friends… It was really creepy. He stayed overnight once and Kevin banged on the door the next day because he was eating Thai food on the balcony and he was just like hey, where is her partner?! He said um at work and Kevin called him at work. Bizarre invasion of privacy, and they are quick to charge more rent without updating anything. Pass

I’m going to share this as someone who has rented from them twice, I have nothing but great things to say. They are quick with their replies, they are very nice over the phone and in person, and they work with you when you fall on hard times. In reality, the apartments are a little older, but there are not other places that have prices like theirs. I’m about to move to another city, but I would recommend them to anyone and wouldn’t hesitate to rent from them again in the future. Thank you, Von Klein!

Von Klein's properties may not be the latest or the fanciest, but they have much lower barriers to renters than most property management companies. They have no application fee and they will work with people who need a second chance in life. Be honest, upfront and respectful and you will get nothing but respect in return. Maintenance issues have always been promptly addressed in a courteous manner as well as any questions or concerns I might have. Bri, the property manager where I live is wonderful. I truly don't understand all of the negative reviews.
