I had an awesome experience with the team at this Volvo dealership. Mark was great to work with, patient, transparent, and really took the time to help me get to a price I felt good about. The finance process with Tyler was quick and easy, and I really appreciated that he didn’t try to push unnecessary warranties or extras. Colton, Tom, and the rest of the sales team were also fantastic. They stayed in touch for months without being pushy, and their follow-up and professionalism made all the difference. In the end, I chose Volvo over Lexus, and I’m so glad I did, I absolutely love my car and couldn’t be happier with the whole experience.

My husband and I have been thinking about an EV for several years now and were finally ready to check out all of the ones in the area. After several weeks of driving up and down western oregon looking at cars, there were only two that I felt confident driving (I'm a short lady!). Volvo ex30 was one of them. I wasn't sure how the test drive would go and was very happy after, that it was easy to drive and I could see everything. But the best part was our salesperson. We've tried out other vehicles and felt super uncomfortable with the pressure tactics that other dealerships use. In fact the weekend before we bought the volvo, we had walked away from a car that would've been great purely because of the sales process. But at the volvo dealership we were so grateful to have a relaxed collaborative conversation with Tairee who was so down to earth and did not try to pressure us into a sale. He was very accommodating with our questions. We were not intending to buy a car that day, but everything worked out so that we did. Tairee was the top reason we did. Thank you Tairee! 😊

i had a good experience buying a car form Volvo Eugene. Tairee my salesman was very professional and an all-around good guy. the dealership as a whole was very clean modern and comfortable. we weren't able to pick the car up for a couple of days so they cleaned it and moved it to the show room till pick up day. that was really cool.
