It was very frustrating. My car broke down in Bend, 180 miles from my home. We had the car towed to the dealership the GM expressed little concern for our predicament. We then waited 38 days for the car to be repaired. During that period of time I repeatedly asked the service manager to alert me when he got the part to fix the car so I could make plans to travel to get the car. Unfortunately I only heard from them when the car was fixed creating a problem for me to arrange my schedule to travel to Bend. When I picked it up I discovered that the staff left my car dirty after sitting outside for over a month and failed to put panels back together. Pictures attached. The only good thing they did was mail me garage door openers I inadvertently left in the car. I would never recommend this dealership if this is how they treat customers

Great car buying experience! Kyle and Brennen answered literally 100 questions patiently and thoroughly and Eddie went above and beyond to get my car up to Seattle when I really needed it!! Mickey and Troy (names/spelling?) were very helpful explaining financing and paperwork and overall, I feel SUPER happy with my purchase. Additionally, I never felt the typical high-pressure sales ick. These guys are all really nice, knowledgeable, and genuine. Highly recommend!

The entire process was smooth, friendly, transparent, and low pressure. We worked with Kyle Rynearson in Sales and Jamie Brown in Finance. Kyle was very personable and easy to work with. He was committed to understanding exactly what we were seeking and matching us with the perfect vehicle. He also took his time to fully explain all of the vehicle’s features during the test drives and final delivery process. Jamie did a great job getting us through the finance process efficiently and helping us sort out all the options in a friendly, professional manner. We were considering many different makes for our new vehicle purchase. After visiting Volvo Cars Bend to test drive a couple different models and having such a positive experience working with Kyle, we decided there was no reason to continue searching - it just felt right to buy a Volvo and work with the team at Volvo Cars Bend. We love our new Volvo and will not hesitate to purchase our next vehicle from the team at Volvo Cars Bend.
