I just had my first visit here (the “discovery visit”), which focused on my medical history, symptoms, and a thorough evaluation. I didn’t receive an adjustment yet, but I can honestly say I’ve never experienced anything quite like this. I’ve been seeing doctors for 42 years, and while a rare few have spent extra time with me, none have ever been as thorough, thoughtful, and genuinely caring as what I experienced today. Everything about the visit was wonderful. The lady at the front desk greeted every person by name and made each of us feel like close friends. The waiting area had insightful educational information posted that was both helpful and encouraging. During my visit, the level of detail in the assessment and the time taken to explain things gave me more hope than I’ve ever felt that my chronic back pain can actually be addressed. Even though it was only my first appointment, I left feeling truly optimistic about what’s ahead. If it were possible to give more than 5 stars, I would.
