I recently visited Vito’s and was really looking forward to the lunch special. I ordered the 6-inch pizza with a Caesar salad. Unfortunately, both times I’ve ordered the pizza, the dough on top was undercooked and not properly baked. The cleanliness of the restaurant was also disappointing. The table hadn’t been wiped down, the booth and floor were dirty, and there is noticeable water damage on the ceiling. The old COVID glass barriers still haven’t been removed or cleaned, and the walls also appeared grimy. It feels like the place is being neglected and is starting to look more like a cash grab than a well-maintained restaurant. I hope management takes these concerns seriously and makes the necessary improvements.

We recently dined at Vito's Express East Point and had a mixed experience. The food was great overall, with the standout dish being the spinach lasagna, which was absolutely delicious! However, the calzone was just okay. One major downside was the slow service. For an “express” location, I expected my food to come out quicker. Additionally, I encountered some confusion with my order. The young guy, Ethan, struggled a bit to understand my request for extra cheese on my calzone. While he initially confirmed that it could be one of the five toppings, I was surprised to see a $3 charge for the extra cheese later on. 🧀 To top it off, we were served in take-out boxes with no utensils, despite clearly stating that we were dining in. This added to the overall frustration of the experience. While the food was tasty, I hope they can address the service issues to enhance the dining experience. I might give it another try in the future!

What a lazy store. For one order placed online, had to wait for long time. Ordered online so I don’t need to wait. However waited for 15 min still. I could understand if they were busy. But the staff was playing games drinking coffee at the counter.
