I had been dealing with terrible shoulder pain for the past 3 months. My wife recommended MyoDynamic Health after her own great experience, and I also noticed their many positive reviews on Google, so I decided to give it a try. From the moment I walked in, I was impressed the building is state-of-the-art and very modern. The front desk staff were friendly and welcoming, which set a great tone right away. Selina, my physiotherapist, was absolutely awesome. She quickly found the root cause of my shoulder pain and gave me targeted exercises to improve my mobility. I honestly didn’t expect to feel relief so quickly, but after just one session I noticed a difference. I’m excited to continue working with her until my shoulder is fully resolved. I’m also looking forward to trying out their chiropractic and massage services in the future. Highly recommend MyoDynamic Health and Selina for anyone dealing with pain or mobility issues!

She was thorough and explained everything to me in a way anyone could understand. I can now go to work without the pain I was experiencing from my poor footwear.
