We are both thankful and appreciative for the services provided by the caregiver. As well as the follow up of the case manager. Even the billing department and coordination of long-term care claims is working seamlessly. Very professional and courteous. Calls if there’s any changes in schedules as well as confirmation of needs that need to be addressed. I believe that being locally owned is going to always give a better service.

We have used Visiting Angels for round-the-clock care for 3+ months for my dad and can't say enough about their wonderful caregivers. Each caregiver is professional, caring and very committed to their patient. We have also found the office and administrative team to be easy to work with and very responsive in filling every shift with few changes to the schedule. Outstanding care that makes a real difference in the quality of my parents lives.
