Amazing time!!! Owner was super friendly, knowledgeable and attentive! He had such a great energy and gave us a full tour of the space with detailed explanations of all games! Very helpful. We had an absolute blast and will definitely be going back. Highly recommended for all to try! Will be telling all of my friends.. You won't regret it plus prices are very reasonable. How can you not want to try it 😁
I had a disappointing experience, something that I wasn’t expecting at all based on all the 5 stars reviews I’ve read… Their website clearly states they’re open 7/7. I bought my ticket on Friday, for the following Tuesday. I arrive Tuesday at 2pm, only to find out they’re closed… why didn’t anyone contact me? Anyways, I called and the gentleman was able to push my appointment for another day. I wanted to surprise my husband for his bd, so ruined that. Then, we arrive on Thursday, I bought a ticket for the immersion 360. Hard time to get it working, took almost 30 minutes as it kept lagging. Other 2 machines were apparently broken… they advertise it as being the most innovative VR in the market.. the movements are not even accurate. Ended up with motion sickness. We were offered to do the other activities on the other side, which was definitely better. We appreciated the little extra time we received for all the hassle but unfortunately it doesn’t make up for the wasted time to drive all the way there twice or finding out things are broken…
I went with my partner it was our first Vr experience, it was amazing we both had so much fun.I recommend to anyone wanting a Vr experience this is the place, the staff was very kind great energy. We will definitely come back for another fun experience!
