After inheriting a hot tub from the previous owners of our house, Carl helped fix the broken spa heater in no time. Months later, when we had a separate issue with our filter housing, instead of charging us a service visit (which we would have happily paid) Carl helped walk me through an easy DIY fix over the phone, free of charge.
