falah alajmiThe hotel has a great location and i would like to thank the manager for his hospitality and kindness in welcoming us. Otherwise something has happened to me personally and happened to some of the my friends in the same hotel, they have complained about one of the staff member and his name is Jala جلال and he’s Egyptian i think, he was rude and unprofessional with me and he had an attitude towards me and others, he acts like he owns the hotel. Anyway i have had stayed in this hotel for 6 times and this is the first time i ran into someone like him. So my message to the hotel management to deal with this guy and tell him how to treat people or put someone else who’s capable to handle situations and treat people well.

Ashi MishraHotel room is very good near by the lulu mall very things is fine just one negative point is my flight is in mid night and my day check out time is 2:00pm we request them to push my checkout time because i have to travel back all alone also, we paid extra amount for the stay they extended my stay till 6:00pm but not more than that. The female staff is on reception at the time of checkout she is so rude in her behaviour and she even didn’t wait for 10-15 min for the luggage transfer. As my finance already paid the extra amount for the extension and also, request to push the extension little more but they don’t accept our request. Without checking out she send housekeeping staff and other staff for the cleaning and force me to move ASAP. As a hotelier and hospitality sector person, i must said her behaviour is out of tolerance and very rube too.
