The load was booked with Mark Miller and his team (team Miller) at 9:15am CST. (FCFS PU 8am - 3pm). 9:54am CST they just sent an email that they have to cancel the load since it's not ready so after we DHeaded 20 miles i just requested TONU since we lost time and fuel ofc Since they didn't reply on my emails i tried to call them 3-4 times, also without answer So if you don't want to spend time and money on unprofessional companies and people, just stay far away from this guy and his department ! Once again, cancelling the load via email, without call and not paying TONU for wasted time and money... Not a big difference between them and indian scammers

this company is seeking a reason to charge a carrier. They will deduct for rate mor than % 80. I book a load for HOTSHOT trailer with Rocio Taboada and payment was $ 1400. The shipper didnt have BOL for this load, so they used a Rate Confirmation as a BOL. After a month when I sent an invoice I called accounting for payment update and was being told that I will be paid only $ 250 from $ 1400 !!! I also spoke with Chris Clunan who was constalnty hanging up the phone !!!

Horrible communication! "Anna K" very unprofessional. Replied once. Tried calling on her email reply she hung up the phone on me with out any explanation and then rejects the calls. Retrain your employees how to communicate with people

PLS needs to hire an independent answering service department. Never answer their phones, cant work for someone or company that do not answer the phones. Among other factors, do not recommend.
