I can't believe I haven't left a review sooner. Hemingway's is an awesome addition to Downtown Midland. Nothing in Toronto compares so my husband comes here when we are in town. We booked hair and beard trims for my husband, his nephew, dad, and brothers as a "guy party" the morning of our wedding. They had a blast and it was one of the best parts of the day! Everyone looked so handsome. Thank you so much, everyone! PS: My sister has since started bringing her little boys and the barbers are amazing with kids. My nephew was so relaxed that he fell asleep in the chair. :)

First time getting my hair cut there. It was shortly before closing time, they scheduled me in anyway. A great atmosphere in the establishment - clean, neat, tidy and wholesome. You can tell that a lot of heart and soul was put into the business. My hair was cut by Leaf, who did an amazing job. I showed him a couple of photos from past haircuts and he got it done effectively and efficiently. Leaf didn't waste any time - got it done quickly, without cutting any corners. Very happy with the outcome; I usually walk out of barbershops disappointed after haircuts, but this was not one of those experiences. Props to him - he's definitely got talent when it comes to cutting hair. Overall, I have nothing but positive words to say about the establishment, people and the experience there. Will definitely be coming back. Thank you.

It's an amazing atmosphere, great people. They put pride into their work. We've been to many barber shops from port to Midland and this is the only one that works for us. We actually followed one gentleman from up on yonge street when he made move down here. And I'm truly glad that he did such an enjoyable experience. The boys love it. They love the amount of professionalism and the time that they take as the last place that we went to in port . My kid said, dad, this is a hack job lmao
