Kristen was phenomenal. I consulted with six brokers prior to signing an agreement, and to be honest, I already knew who I was going to hire prior to speaking or meeting with Kristen. That all changed with the first phone call with her. She was so incredibly knowledgeable about the multi-family market, but even more than that, she was well versed in trusts - which I was involved with - and at no time during our conversations or meetings did I ever feel like I was involved in a sales pitch. After moving forward with her, she grossly exceeded all of my expectations. After enduring challenges with a particular tenant, not only did she agree to handle the tenant’s issue that one time for me, she instructed the tenant to contact her for any issues moving forward. We then had a significant plumbing issue, and when she wasn’t able to reach me, she secured a plumber who was already at the property addressing it by the time that we spoke. Kristen was a complete professional, and I know that I could not have made a better choice than trusting her to handle the sale of the property.

I had no plans of buying a home but by luck I met Vito Bruno from Village Realty HM through friends of mine and today I am a proud owner of my dream home.i am grateful for everything Vito has done for me. Vito is extremely professional, knowledgeable and engaging. He patiently listened to my needs and accommodated all my requests . Vito's focus was always to get me the best deal and for me to have a stress-free process. Vito even put me in touch with a mortgage lender and provided input for the lawyer as well. Being a first time home buyer, there were so many moving parts I wasn't aware of but Vito would hop on calls with me and patiently explain everything to me. The whole process was so smooth and comfortable because of him. Even after all the processes is done, he still keeps in touch with me to see if I need anything else. The people here treat you like family. They take the time to listen to you, and they do their best to make sure you have everything you need and want. For instance, a washer and dryer was listed in building, but when I visited the apartment, they weren't hooked up or available for use. After I had already agreed to take the apartment, I got a call that they had misrepresented the laundry situation, and asked if that was a deal breaker with the intention of letting me out of the deal, if necessary. That sort of over-and-above service really impressed me. Finally, instead of leaving us on our own when it was time to sign the lease, they went over each part of it, gave examples and asked if we had questions. It was really nice to know that they wanted everyone on the same page before anyone signed the document. I really appreciated the level of service and the attention to detail - and I love my new apartment. I look forward to using them again in the future.
