I purchased my 2019 Forester Ltd last May, so this is my first winter with it. I was on my way to pick up a client.and when I opened my hatch, I could not get it to lock back down. I drove to Markham Subaru and spoke with Service Advisor Jonathan. He advised that he wasn't sure how long before they could bring it in and it would be $150. When he checked with the Service Dept, they brought it in within 15 minutes. After an hour, they had it fixed via reset, washed the vehicle and gave me back my keys with a $0 invoice. Well done!
