Staff were terrible at this facility. My grandmother was in here with a broken hip, she has dementia. Staff would not take her out of her room to socialize with others. She was forced to eat in her room alone in solitude. She was not given proper physiotherapy which is critical when a hip is broken in an senior citizen. One morning, I went in and she had not been given breakfast and her blood sugar (has diabetes) was critically low. She was not being taken out of her bed regularly to use the bathroom, resulting in frequent accidents in the bed. Terrible care, got her moved out of here as quickly as possible.

I've always had great and easy appointments for my Grade 4 Rheumatoid arthritis in my knee, been there for 2 Knee braces now the first one a Don Joy size LG brace Hinge broke apart after 4 years. Now getting a Brand New 3D fitted to my acual knee brace with personal color options. Great Staff I deal with Anna who was amazing at her job, and very knowledgeable in general about all the Knee braces.

I played a one hour concert at the veterans pavilion section of the Miller center with Neil Rosenberg and Lionel Clarke yesterday. When we finished I had to take this picture. No color filters just a golden caribou.

My name is Neil Elliott I was sent to the Miller center after I suffered a spinal cord injury And became a paraplegic from the chest down The nurses was outstanding so supportive to my family and I .always helpful and caring .and pleasant ,a couple teams we called our dream team of nurses . Took the time to have a chat which was much appreciate . Grant in physical was super helpful and knowledgeable in his work and preparing me for all obstacles I would have and push me to work hard and become strong just a great person to have had .Paul in recreation so helpful in getting me to work hard And always found great conversations that was of interest to me help mentally as will as physically always there to help out with everything even outside of his work duties he’s so caring and thoughtful .kearn ,Ashley and assistants so much help arranging for all the measurements and trying out different chairs and seats so I could get what was comfortable for me to use, and prepared me for home life the assistants always make the work outs entertaining .Sandi in psychology so helpful to talk to about anything .anyone going to the center and willing to work at it will always come out better than what they were when they went in such a great staff right down to the kitchen staff especially Joe .miller center and staff will always be special to my family and myself sincerely Neil Elliott
