Carole SomersNeeded a new circuit breaker, technician came and said I didn’t need it just an adjustment. Cost $200.00. Later that day had the same problem, called back. And technician brought the new circuit breaker and proceeded to charge me for the new part (approximately $100.00) and then ADDED the $200.00 house call. I complained as I told them that I needed a new circuit at the on set. Technician called back to his office to explain and after some discussion they agreed to take off one of the $200.00 service calls. Villa Hills has been requesting that i rate my experience….as my mother would say : if you can’t say something nice, say nothing at all. Villa Hills hope you are satisfied with my review and you trying to charge me a double service call. Please do not ask me to review my experience with your company. After the technician finally replaced the circuit breaker as per my request, everything worked properly.
