If you haven’t already called Tom from Video Gems you are missing out! I say, go call them ASAP. Not only did Video Gems did the videography at my wedding, but they did my sisters and my cousins! When I say they treated us like family, they absolutely felt like family. They are such an amazing team! I’m telling you, if you don’t contact them, you are missing out. They take their time, they do everything you want and then some, they’re patient and are just simply amazing to work with. I’m so grateful I was able to book with them and when I say our wedding video was beautiful, it was BEAUTIFUL. I am so beyond happy and grateful! 1000% recommend! 100/10! Spectacular work! We celebrated our wedding in January of 2024, we wanted to make sure we hired people we were totally comfortable with and that got along with our other vendors to make the day as seamless as possible. In comes Tom, who left a wonderful impression, and who happened to work closely with our chosen photographer, DJ, and even venue. Tom was super accommodating and reassuring that everything we were looking for would be captured (and it was!). On the day of our wedding, the second videographer had an emergency, but Tom came with his assistant who he assured would provide the same level of quality. I wasn't entirely comfortable with that at first, and Tom realized this so he threw in an additional small service, and again assured me that the outcome would be just as lovely. I'll admit, when the video was sent to us, it truly was lovely. My only real complaint was the time it took to get the final video, but take that with a grain of salt, because the main reason it took long was because I wanted a few adjustments made to the final edit which inevitably delayed the process. Though the changes i wanted could be perceived as minor changes, I acknowledge that editing small changes does translate to a lot more work than it seems so I am super appreciative that Tom and his team made the effort to make all those changes for me. Overall, I would recommend Videogems. They're a great team, a very down to earth group that cares about leaving smiles on their customers' faces, and the completed work is excellent. Thank you Videogems for capturing our big day!!
