My overall experience with Victory Mortgage in Erlanger was good and the process went smoothly. Eri Cartwright was professional, clear, and respectful — I really appreciated his help. However, during my first closing, the young lady who initially assisted me (Jennifer) treated me with some indifference, and her name was omitted from the feedback survey, which I found disappointing. I believe every employee should be fairly evaluated, and that’s the only reason I wanted to mention it. Other than that, everything else was excellent.

We have never built a home before. Since Victory Mortgage/Fischer Homes collaborate the entire financing process was very streamlined and easy. In particular, Hazim Mesinovic was our mortgage loan officer. From the first phone conversation we knew we were paired with a good partner--he immediately put us at ease. He not only answered all our questions throughout the entire process but was patient, personable, friendly and highly professional. He answered all our questions in a very timely manner, would send us reminder emails when upcoming documents were due to upload to our personal loan portal and reassured us when we needed a little extra. We would give 10stars if possible. We highly, highly recommend him. We also speak very favorably of Victory Mortgage. The entire process was streamlined and easy. Even though it was online, the portal had a personal touch because we collaborated so closely with Hazim. We have very positive views of Hazim and Victory Mortgage.
