Absolutely delightful place to get a great quality coffee and a super choice of naughty snacks to accompany it. Staff are super friendly, and there is a nice under cover seating area looking over the park. From here a short walk takes you down into the fabulous streets and shops of Frome Town centre.
Asked for an order of ice coffees (an item on the menu), the lady seemed genuinely annoyed we’d asked for it. She complained we were going to use all her oat milk so made it with boiling water instead, which melted the ice, then added a splash of oat milk on the top. £16 for 4 Luke warm americanos, brilliant 🤣
Stopped here in the park before our explore of Frome to feed the baby and have a snack and drink. We'd parked closeby and I had spotted this place on the map before arrival and wanted to try it out. I love the idea of community run cafes in parks like this! Plus I'd also spotted toilets! The sun was shining, the baby was feeding well, the snacks were lush (strawberries and cream, and a cream tea!) and the atmosphere was lovely. We'll definitely be stopping by again on our next Frome explore.
This is an especially welcoming Community space for so many people local and tourists alike. Something unusual is happening here with, toys and activities for the children to play, and a relaxing spacious for people to connect however they need to. Here's to, Hugs, Humour and humanity...
