I am writing this as an honest review based on my experience. Actually this is my second review for them already. I posted my first review 6 months ago right after our first appointment day because i felt like i had too after the amazing service and amazing staff that assisted us that very first day. We just went for my daughter’s second appointment last month and that time, different staffs were the ones assisted us. But same amazing service and very helpful staff were there. And that’s a proof that they have a great team of doctors and staffs. From the reception to the doctors, the dental assistants, hygienist till the billing team. Everyone is kind and helpful. They treat their patients equally and with respect. And what i like about them is they explain the procedure patiently and let you decide, they involve you in making decision. And we are lucky to have those doctors who are so good in making my daughter feel comfortable while doing the procedures. All of them are so friendly. And Thank God i found Stoney Creek Family Dental. And i am highly recommending it so you can also experience their amazing service.

My daughter recently visited Stoney Creek Family Dental for implant removal, and I couldn’t be more impressed with the care she received. From the moment we walked in, the staff was welcoming, patient, and very understanding of her anxiety. The dentist took the time to explain the procedure clearly, answered all of our questions, and made sure my daughter was comfortable throughout. The removal itself went smoothly and professionally. The team was gentle, and they followed up with great aftercare instructions. It was a relief to see how well she was taken care of, especially during a procedure that could have been quite stressful. My family and I absolutely love this clinic. The whole team is so warm and welcoming, and they’ve been wonderful with my children who were nervous about going to the dentist. They are always patient with my questions, give clear and helpful advice, and truly make sure we’re getting the best care possible. I also really appreciate that they follow up after major appointments, when my son had a few teeth pulled, they checked in to make sure he was doing well and he had no pain at all. The dentists here do a remarkable job, and I would highly recommend this office to anyone looking for a caring and professional dental team!!
