Shopping at Bocana had to be the best customer service experience I had ever received. For the first time in my life, I actually have a bra that fits me! I'm very petite around the band and stores never carry my size so it was wonderful to have a store that was able to show me different styles in bras that fit me. Both Carol and Justine worked vigiously together to find me some bathing suits and matching lingerie sets. I am so pleased with the service I received from both lovely ladies! I definitely plan on shopping more at this store since the service is so personalized and intimate!

I love supporting local businesses that have nice things to look at or to buy. I've bought a few items from this boutique, including bathing suits, PJs, and dresses. Since items are higher end so expect to spend more money, but the sale items can be heavily discounted if your size is still available. Sometimes it's only the owner at the boutique so just have a look around yourself and don't be too demanding. Let's support local businesses!

I have never had such an amazing bra fitting experience as I did at Bocana! The ladies who work here are amazing, knowledgable and so lovely. Justine and Carol went above and beyond to help me find a variety of well-fitting, comfortable and sexy bras! I have never found such a selection of pretty bras at other stores and whatever options I did have were very drab and boring. I had such an awesome experience shopping here from start to finish and was blown away by the amazing customer service. The sales associates at Bocana are true experts and were calm, patient and professional whilst listening to my needs and wants. I have always dreaded bra shopping until I walked into Bocana. I highly recommend this store to everyone!
