I’ve been with this bank since the old John Deere days, and it’s sad to see how far it has fallen. What was once a trusted institution has collapsed into something unrecognizable. At this point, the only thing Vibrant really offers is a decent online banking platform. Beyond that, it’s become a coffee shop disguised as a bank, seemingly surviving more on overdraft fees and espresso sales than actually serving its members. It’s disappointing to watch a place that once felt like a true credit union for the community lose its focus.

I’m in the process of joining this credit union, I’m an older gentleman with very little computer skills, it’s a very complicated process for me to do online, I do not have a computer but I do have an iPhone. I started the process wasn’t able to complete it myself. I called the phone number that they offer and a lovely lady ,Madison Wash was so kind to help me with the complicated process. Very knowledgeable, polite, and most of all very understanding of my lack of computer skills. She alone is such an asset to any company, very articulate a nice soothing compassionate voice, just a lovely lady. A credit union is just a building it’s the people that make it viable, Madison Wash, with her kindness made this a five star credit union. I’m excited to be a member. KF.

I have been a Deere Harvester Credit Union member for decades. Then name was changed to vibrant credit union. I'm very disappointed in Vibrant credit union. I am an Iowa customer and vibrant has closed every Branch except for South Park. I really dislike that decision. Now I cannot find a cash machine that will dispense cash without a service charge. Was told by the bank that they no longer have an agreement with ATM machines and that I have no choice but to except the service fee or don't get cash. And turning the closed locations into coffee shops is just another slap in the face. I am already in the process of switching to another bank. I have noticed the bad reviews all have the same complaints as I. Wake up Vibrant. Your credit union has turned to crap.

This bank has been nothing short of a disappointment. Closing the Westmont branch has made it nearly impossible for customers like myself to access services conveniently. Rather than improving the app or finding solutions for those of us no longer near a branch, representatives have actually suggested we bank elsewhere. That’s unacceptable. My experience with Vibrant over the past five years has been frustrating and disappointing, and I wouldn’t recommend them to a dog.
