What a warm and welcoming studio. Verge is spacious, clean, has multiple rooms and overall is a wonderful studio with very kind instructors and staff. Every time I’m there I feel cared for and grateful that this studio is somewhat close to me. I also appreciate that there many offerings: from vinyasa, to sound baths and prenatal yoga classes. Thank you so much Verge for existing!

I absolutely LOVE Verge Yoga. The community is so welcoming, every time i go there I feel at home. There are a variety of class levels. I also really enjoy how they integrate and support new yogis. I have a disability in my feet and one instructor informed me of a class for stability, something I've been looking for. They share information and support each other. It is a beautiful location and very accessible.

Verge has a great mix of strength, flow, restorative and stability classes tailored to your specific practice. Whether you like the studio hot or just right there is a class for you. Carole strives to bring in variety with pop-up classes and is always tuned in to what her students want. I look forward to my favorite, yoga flow. All the teachers are amazing and helpful and truly care about your physical and mental well-being. I bring my lessons on the mat into my every day life. I never feel self conscious to push myself to try a pose I have not tried or I’m working on improving. Verge is great community of people where I always feel welcome. The studio is filled with great energy, compassion and gratitude. I've never felt stronger, more in-tuned with my mind and body or as centered. I can’t say enough about how wonderful Verge is and how much it has helped me attain my wellness goals!

I really enjoy the Verge :) to begin with I did an introductory offer of 5 classes for $50. It was an awesome way to test out the different classes such as the flow, stability and yin classes! There are various classes available each day from morning through evening. The best part is how kind and knowledgeable the instructors are. Highly recommend!
