I got my wisdom tooth removed here and would not recommend this clinic. The whole process felt like an assembly line — rushed, impersonal, and poorly organized. Post-care instructions were minimal; I was just handed some gauze and a paper without proper guidance. When I arrived for my appointment, they claimed they had no record of it, even though I had booked it two days earlier through their sister clinic, Buddha Dental. Very unprofessional. Wisdom tooth removal is a major procedure and should be treated with care. My medical history was taken but clearly not reviewed. I even heard patients asking the receptionist about mixing their daily medications with prescribed painkillers and antibiotics — something the dentist should address, not the front desk. Overall, the experience felt careless and poorly managed. Do not recommend.

I recently visited this clinic for a dental check-up and unfortunately had a very upsetting experience. The doctor I met with was extremely rude and had difficulty communicating in English. I believe that part of a doctor’s responsibility is to clearly explain the issue to the patient and provide reassurance—not cause fear or confusion. She told me I have an infection in my root canal, which I understand is a serious issue, but the way she communicated it made me feel extremely anxious and uncomfortable. I was so scared that I had to leave without getting any treatment done. Previously, I had a great experience with Dr. Sidhu, who was kind, professional, and did excellent work on my teeth. It’s disappointing to return and face such a starkly different approach. I hope you take this feedback seriously and ensure all patients are treated with the same care and respect I experienced in the past.

I am not only sharing a one time experience but Dr Venus n Mrs Navreet both are helping us take care of our teeth since fifteen years. We visited him at his Mississauga location almost 15 years ago and since 8 years we moved to Brampton we visit his Brampton location. Recently got my RCT treatment and filling in my broken tooth and he did with such an ease n painless work. He is such and experienced doctor and educated me in the process of his treatment. I know usually we go and write a review especially if we are not satisfied with service in restaurant, salon etc but it’s very important that we appreciate the great work of doctors etc. The receptionist at front desk are also very polite . I like the dental hygienist Sheeba who is very neat in her work. . Keep up the great work Dr Venus and team

Terrible customer service over the phone. The lady says they accept healthy smiles however she says they don’t offer dental services for kids. This is very confusing. It was impossible for me to explain my son’s case since this lady apparently was not in the mood to listen.
