Other coworking spaces in Denver had limited hours of entry, especially for an out-of-towner without a long-term membership. Lance responded quickly and was very accommodating. I was able to get set up on wifi with a Zoom room in advance of my meeting and he made sure I had access when I needed it at 6:30 am. He really went above and beyond. The space is great. Lots of light and good insulation for my call. The kitchen is huge and fully stocked. It was easy to get comfortable and settled even though I was there a short time. The location is wonderful and the neighborhood is really cute. Very walkable and great parking. I recommend Merritt House CoWork, especially for remote workers and entrepreneurs based in or visiting Denver!

Marshall VanderburgOur company was an early adopter at Merritt House CoWork. The owner/manager Lance has always maintained and forwarded a keen eye in maintaining and improving the co-working space. The spaces are professionally finished and the technology top-notch. The kitchen and associated amenities (coffee, treats, food, beverages, etc.) is a treat. Merritt's location in a low-key historic neighborhood is great for walking and clearing the mind. Federal Boulevard is two blocks away with many choices for food and drink as well. Our company had three private offices and when we needed to downsize, Lance was very accommodating. I heartedly recommend Merritt whether you're an individual or company with employees.

The day I was there it was very quiet, which I appreciated, but if somebody's looking for a boisterous vibe, that's not what this spot is about.
