Phil is absolutely amazing!! Our home was listed for 4 mos with another realtor and didn’t sell! We barely had any showings! Come to find out the other agent had only used his cell phone for pics. Phil’s team used a professional photographer and everything looked great!! Our house sold in less than 2 weeks! Only regret is that we should have hired Phil in the first place!
