Choosing the words to explain the colossal waste of time and money this platform is - is a challenge. Don’t bother using Vendasta — bad customer service (except one rep), terrible and confusing user experience and worse — my clients suffered from the subpar products they offer. Save yourself hours of wasted resources and choose anything else.

Beware of Deceptive Practices – Avoid Vandasta Our experience with Vandasta has been extremely disappointing. Initially, they claim that all services are handled in-house and based in Canada. However, once payment is made and the onboarding process is complete, they outsource the work overseas, where accountability and communication become virtually nonexistent. Despite repeated requests for assistance, we received little to no response, and the services we paid for were never delivered. Furthermore, the pricing structure is misleading—after an upfront cost, every additional element requires further payment, making the service far more expensive than initially presented. Given our experience, we strongly advise against working with Vandasta. Save your time and money—look elsewhere for a company that values integrity and customer service.

I don’t suggest working with this company… their products and services are a collection of low quality third party company or super expensive minimum quality. You cannot distinguish your marketing company from others by using Vendasta, my experience is terrible and upsetting. If you want to be stuck to their whole 12-month $800 a month CONTRACT, good luck. Here’s my experience: To elaborate, my experience with the salesperson/customer service Prince Sharma was mediocre, he only active and helpful during the first month or 2 and during the sale of getting me to sign the contract. Be Aware! They’re not very clear when they sell you the contract, i had to find out that I owe them $4,000 when collections and lawyers started contacting me. I stopped using the platform and stopped my marketing company after 3 months because of the lack of customer service from Prince and everybody else, i felt like a failure after giving my hardest efforts going business to business trying to get clients. They were only enthusiastic to help when getting me to sign up for the 1 year blood-binding contract. I explained to them that I didn’t even use the platform after 3 months, customer service was non-existent, and i had no idea i was stuck to a 12mo contract. They just want their money and they will get collections and lawyers to get their money. I was willing to pay monthly so its more affordable but the company is so hard to contact. This company’s reputation only survives because of the few marketing businesses that already have a lot of clients, structured systems going on. Otherwise if you’re a startup, STAY AWAY FROM THIS UNETHICAL COMPANY! its not worth the headache later on. They only want to tie you to a contract and get collections and lawyers later on to make you pay up with no forgiving options. Well-deserved 1 star 👎🚫👎🚫👎🚫
