The justice league for hair !! I’ve come to this store many times over the last few years for high quality hair supplies and hair advice! The amount of times I’ve had a hair emergency or a salon trip gone rogue, I’ve had this amazing store to come to literally save the day (for me anyway). Especially today, I had one of the worst hair damages and I decided to go here to get some maintenance products to repair, but I also got amazing guidance and advice. One of the issues I had with my hair I asked what product would help heal it, and they said to not use a product- they explained the natural healing process and could’ve sold me a product that would’ve worsened my condition but instead told me the truth. Of course I left with 6 products, because yes I needed them- but even if I didn’t, I would’ve bought things just to show my appreciation. It’s incredible to see businesses who geneuienly give a sh* about their customers. I am so grateful for the consistent (over many years) good quality products and customer care- today it just hit me next level which is why I had to write this. To the team, Matthew and Roberta (who I interacted with today) you guys are amazing. I’m currently writing this as I enjoy a hair mask and I already feel better.

I LOVE THIS SHOP!! If you’re ever in doubt about anything at all with your hair trust me go here!!! I had a really upsetting experience about a month ago with my hair and was in desperate need to get it fixed. I came to the shop in tears and they reassured me that they would be able to help me which they did, they calmed me down and helped me out they went above and beyond to make sure I was okay and I appreciated it so much!!

They are a large business focused selling Hair and Beauty Products . They have been doing so since 1999. They have a Physical Store located in Epping VIC. This is my favorite store in Victoria

19/3/2021 update I thought the shop would not reply to me about my refund request. However, after I talked to John on the phone, we happily discussed the issue; I waited for him to ask his boss to grant for a refund and Voila! My problem is resolved. I was not happy with the shopping experience because I assumed they didn't want to deal with my problem. But I was wrong. The misunderstanding started after I called twice but couldn't get John on the phone. Later on, I found out I did not call during his shift, so I jumped to the conclusion based on my lack of patience. I have to say that I jumped to a conclusion too quickly and didn't give the shop a response time. ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- This shop is verbally convincing me to agreeing swapping into another product, which I received and is completly different to the one I am after. FIrst, the sells might be named John, didn't show me a picture and didn't sent me a email confirming the swap. Secondly, the postage cost was free for the last product and suddenly increased to 29 for this swapped product. Which seems like he just didn't want to refund the price difference. Do not buy from this website, only go there in person to specifically ask for the one you want. Terribly experience, people should know.
