Hiring Fiona as our day-of coordinator was one of the best choices we made for our Melse (reception). From the very beginning, she brought such calm, positive energy, it was like having a trusted friend by our side who also happened to be incredibly professional and organized. Fiona truly went above and beyond. She kept everything running smoothly behind the scenes, staying on top of all the vendors and making sure every detail was taken care of. She even worked closely with a florist and purchased flowers and created beautiful arrangements for all of our tables, plus a breathtaking backdrop for our sweetheart table. It was clear she poured her heart into every part of it. What really stood out to us was how much she genuinely cared. Fiona didn’t just check off tasks, she made sure our day felt special, personal, and stress-free. We’re so grateful for everything she did to make our wedding so memorable.
