Contracting NYC did an amazing job renovating my kitchen and apartment. The owner, Jonathan Perr, was the only contractor in the city that didn’t try to gouge me, was attentive the entire process and helped me solve problems with his creative thinking. His workers were skilled, showed up on time and cared about their work. Jonathan is a person of his word and came back to adjust a few things even after the job was closed and paid for. I used Jonathan to replace my floor, redo my bathroom, and paint the apartment. The work took two months as planned . Jon was responsive to any issue I raised. When things needed he thought outside the box and provided an intelligent solution. He itemized and priced each item all the project so it was easy to track the payments, deduct items that we took off and add new items. I recommend him to all my friends.

Working within the constraints of a condominium is never easy, but this team handled it flawlessly. They were honest, incredibly communicative, and consistently on time—traits that are rare and so appreciated in this industry.
