After working with another realtor and running into some issues we reached out to Vanessa. She was referred to us by someone else who had made the move from Ontario to New Brunswick. We bought our house sight unseen and felt extremely confident doing so with her experience. She is professional, helpful and also understands that it's a big move and we were trusting her to help us find the perfect home for our family.. Vanessa is a hard working realtor, physio and also a mother. It was nice to have someone who is family oriented and can relate to some of the things that were important to us when buying a home. The move into our house was seamless and even after closing day I've been able to reach out to her to ask questions or just for friendly conversation. Trusting and working with someone in another province whom you've never met is one thing, but having them guide you in a house purchase is a whole other story. We were super lucky to have Vanessa as our realtor for this big life change. We will most definitely be using her if we choose to house hunt again!!
