My cpap machine was stolen while I was traveling😢. I called VitalAire and they set me up with a rental as soon as I got home🏡! Thank god, I had four nights without a cpap machine… now I can sleep💤😴!! They’re literally lifesavers. Thank you 🙏

THE most expensive CPAP place in the city. They don’t care if you’re paying out of pocket or insurance, service fee remains. Was warned against using them by the medical staff treating me. Went to another place, OVER $300 CHEAPER than vitalaire. Find another place that doesn’t overcharge you. Theres plenty in windsor.

I recently visited the Windsor area and forgot the elbow that connects the mask to the hose for my BiPap machine. I could not find anyone that stocked this part individually, but the staff at the VitalAire in Windsor took one off a display mask on the shelf and gave it to me. She could not charge me for a part that they didn't have in stock. At her suggestion, this review of awesome and compassionate customer care is the best that I can offer. Thank you.

I've been using vitalair for over 5yrs. My last visit the staff was rude and promised to file necessary paperwork for my new mask and hoses for both my wife and myself and never did. This delayed the reimbursement I was to receive. I choose not to business with a company that does not value it's clientele.
