I had Carolina Bathroom Remodeling work on all three of my upstairs bathrooms. Two had bathtubs replaced with walk-n showers and the master bathroom had the walk-in shower enlarged, an aging jetted tub removed and replaced with a freestanding tub and overhanging chandelier. Old mauve ceramic tiles were removed and replaced with luxury vinyl flooring, the bathroom antique bronze fixtures were replaced with brushed nickel. The CBR team was conscientious, and skilled at their work. I couldn’t be more pleased with the results. I highly recommend them.

I wish I could give a 2.5 star, the final product was great, but the poor project management overshadowed the great workmanship of the crew. If I were to do this this project over again, I would request a new or updated quote for any deviations of work from the original quote. Jose tacked on charges for any changes of work, even when it is fixing their own mistakes. The workers, who had great attitudes and did great work, installed the closet door incorrectly. I was then charged for them to put the door on the correct way. In addition, I was told that I should purchase all the tile and flooring from Floor and Decor and anything we picked out would work. I was told that none of the work would be subcontracted. The tile guy, who was subcontracted, said the quality of the tile we bought was not good and was effecting the quality of work. We were also told the flooring we picked out from floor and decor was not good quality. When we told the tile guy we would get different tile, we were told by Jose that we would have to pay much more for the tile guy to come back in a couple weeks to finish the job. Also, the workers filled holes that were left in the wall and primed large squares over the treated areas. When we asked when those areas would be painted we were told to call Jose to get a quote on painting. Jose said at quoting that painting over worked areas would be included. In their, contract it clearly states that no rework or new work would be done until there was a new or changed quote. Although I could have disputed or taken to court the additional charges I was given, I was ready for the job to be done and to no longer have an unfinished bathroom.

I had the best experience working with Jose and his team on doing our bathroom renovation. Jose had great insight and knowledge into what would look well and met us to go shopping to help us stay within budget. The tile work was absolutely gorgeous. Not only did Carolina Bathroom Remodeling stay on budget, they also completed their work within the suggested timeframe. I will recommend them to anyone.
