Excellent dentists and staff. They make you feel comfortable right off the bat. I appreciated how they accommodated me so quickly. Definitely something you look for in a dentistt when your tooth is throbbing so bad you want to hurl. They were very efficient and you could see rhey have the lateat equipment which makes your visit better. You cannot go wrong with this group.

I can’t say enough amazing things about this office! Dr. Vanderpool and Pam were absolutely incredible—kind, patient, and made me feel so comfortable during what was an anxious time for me. They explained everything clearly and really put me at ease. The front desk staff were just as wonderful—welcoming, helpful, and so friendly. From start to finish, I felt truly cared for. Highly recommend this team if you’re looking for not only great dental care but also a supportive, compassionate environment.

Friendly service and overall experience. Very thorough on explaining my dental health and options. Loved that the hygienist remembered a bit about me and ask how I was doing. Definitely recommend!

I am appalled and deeply disappointed by the new $50 deposit policy this office has implemented for doctor appointments. While preventative cleanings may not require a deposit, this change still sends a clear message that money is being placed ahead of patient care. Requiring an upfront payment, even when it will eventually go toward a copay, is unreasonable and unnecessary. My hard-earned money should not be sitting in a dental office’s account, earning interest for them, while families everywhere are struggling just to make ends meet. What makes this decision even worse is the timing. This policy was announced during a government shutdown, when many families cannot pay their bills, SNAP benefits have been disrupted, and people are worried about how to put food on the table. To roll out a financially burdensome policy now, of all times, shows an alarming lack of awareness and compassion. Dental care is already expensive, and this added barrier only deepens the divide between those who can and cannot afford basic healthcare. While I have the means to pay the deposit, I also have principles. I believe in affordable, accessible healthcare for everyone, and my heart is with those who are struggling right now. This policy feels elitist and completely out of touch with the realities that many families are facing. It is not the kind of practice I want to align myself with. I have always respected this office and have never missed an appointment, but this policy feels punitive and unnecessary. Patients deserve to be treated with trust and understanding, not suspicion. If the goal was to manage a high-demand schedule, this office just opened two new patient spots, because my daughter and I will no longer be returning. The timing, tone, and reasoning behind this policy are completely misguided, and I truly hope the practice reconsiders this decision.
