I have used the wheelchair accessible taxi four times now in White Rock/South Surrey. Each time I have booked a couple of days ahead. The taxi has arrived on time and once 10 minutes earlier than booked. The drivers have been very helpful and courteous with very compassionate care to the wheelchair client. The trips have only been for short distances however the drivers still gave great service. Very thankful we have a local taxi that gives service to wheelchair users.
Once again on May 7, 2025 another Pacific Cab driver parked in a handicap stall showing no placard on dash or mirror. When I went in to CIBC IN. Langley no one inside had a walker or wheelchair or any other signs of being disabled. These cab drivers should be disciplined for their behavior. So disappointed with this cabbie! He stopped at Starbucks to use the restroom and thought it was fine to use the accessibility parking spot!? I watched him, he had no impairment and did not display a handicap placard. The people that actually need these parking spots already have enough to deal with without having someone take their parking spots. 25-Sep-24, Yet again another Pacific Cab parking in a handicap spot. This driver did not have a fare, but wanted a coffee. Shame on Pacific Cabs once again for using these designated parking spots for themselves.
It's been a few years since I needed to use this service. It was so nice to have happy, experienced drivers to my destination and back. Thank you so much Pacific Cabs for making my journey from a to b then again from b to a with awesome drivers. 😁
