This company in the Charlotte region is unprofessional. I could have done it myself. However I thought it’s plumbing let me have some “professionals” come so I can have a warranty, “safety and security”. They have poor communication. They do not read paper work I had to give my card information for payment several times. They lied about having employees instead they subcontract everything. We started this project on feb7 and it was not complete until March 31. They forces u into contract. Tell you a story about how much it would potentially loose if they had to keep coming back, but rep came back 3 or more times to do the same measurements & calculations. what really happened was the quote in someone’s opinion was not a fair amount to the company or in plain English they didn’t charge enough!!!! They don’t have any corporate or Someone who is honesty when I called the service line no one I mean no one ever gave me a corporate number or emailed me the survey so that I could express my concerns instead they said they would email information and never did I had to find it myself. They told me on the phone two people would be working and one person showed up. The work was prolonged because it was done incorrectly. Then they sent out someone who did terrible messy work and had to send the original guy back to fix the problems. Long story short if you want your bathroom done in a reasonable amount of time this is not the company to choose. Maybe WESTSHORE bathroom remodel would have been a better choice. Or better yet just find your own sub contractor bc thats all they are do. save your money!!!!!

His presentation and knowledge of both the company and product convinced us that LEAFHOME provided the best value and quality. We were able to custom design our new shower on the spotand are looking forward to the installation.
