I am a Technical Project Manager and contractor (not HVAC). After consulting with 5 reputable companies I decided to move forward with Atlas Care to replace my AC and furnace. Matt was responsible for the quote and was straightforward and honest which I appreciated compared to the other companies who were doing the typical sales BS. His price was best compared to the other companies. Since my AC was broken he arranged for the full install next day! The installer brothers, Dakota and Connor, were absolutely top tier! Both polite, professional, hardworking and answered all my questions with ease. I would highly recommend this company to family, friends and strangers. Overall a great experience for an expensive investment. Special thanks to the installer brothers, very happy with your workmanship and attitude throughout the 10 hour install.

Fantastic on all points! Installers Spencer & Vish were prompt, knowledgeable & got right to work. Even came on a Sunday morning to ensure I had heat with my new furnace install. Extremely thorough, professional, courteous, & cleaned up every little bit at the end of their install = pristine. This is my first encounter with Atlas and can see why they've been in business so long, as they are truly excellent: efficient & professional. I highly recommend Atlas to anyone in need of their service. Matt B. was also great to deal with for the pre-install visit to clearly explain the difference of models. A great team!

We had an excellent experience with Jaylen G. He thoroughly investigated and identified the cause of a persistent leak which saved us a huge sum from our original quote. He then carried out the necessary pipe repairs with care and professionalism, and cleaned up the area before leaving. Both the leak detection and repair work were done to a high standard. Throughout the process, he were patient and took the time to answer all of our questions clearly. We really appreciated the quality of service and would gladly recommend him and AtlasCare to others.

Absolutely phenomenal service and pricing with AtlasCare! Our hot water tank suddenly stopped working due to an internal leak and we were without hot water for a few days, which was pretty unbearable. We initially had another company technician come over to inspect the problem, which didn’t take long to confirm my diagnosis. However, when they discussed their company’s pricing, at first they (the prices) were pretty high upfront, but then the tech said he wanted to call his supervisor after I originally agreed to the service for just the swap, and when he came back — the replacement service for the same tank went up by 28%! The “middle” option, which is what I had just been discussing with the tech and he confirmed to me that it was good enough (a tankless water heater) it suddenly became unavailable and the only other option was the most expensive option (another tankless water heater), that was way more expensive than my family and I were willing to pay. So I did a quick Google search as the tech from that other company went to further negotiate with his supervisor to take off $100 and that’s when I found AtlasCare and it truly was a blessing to come across them because I spoke to the most helpful service operator over the phone named Teresa amidst negotiations with the tech from that first company. And right off the bat, she was able to assist me finding a replacement model and even helped me find one that was even better suited for our household! I was then informed that this service could even be done — the very next day! I couldn’t believe it. This all happened on a Tuesday and the tech from the first company that we went with said the soonest day for the service would “most likely/probably” be Thursday, but just in case — would I like a later date such as Friday or even Monday? And mind you, our hot water has been off for a few days by this point and when you get asked questions about delaying the service for getting your hot water back on and at exorbitant prices, I think just about anyone would consider their alternative options! And I am tremendously grateful that we did and went with AtlasCare! So come Wednesday, we have the technicians in our place by 12 noon and I believe they left at around 3pm. Their technicians (Christian and Randy) were both very friendly, skillful and personable and they did a fantastic job! I genuinely don’t make too many public reviews, but I 100% had to because of this excellent service that my family and I received from AtlasCare Heating, Cooling & Plumbing. And if I didn’t mention it already — their pricing for the hot water tank swap was beyond reasonable! The same price that service operator Teresa had quoted me over the phone Tuesday was the very SAME price that we had to pay after the service was finished on Wednesday. I was astonished because usually there are extra “fees” and what not, but this was not the case with AtlasCare. To conclude, our hot water has been working superbly for the past day and a bit now and I would highly recommend AtlasCare for any future projects moving forward. Their warranties were also much better than the competitors; Atlas care had a 10 year parts and service/labour whereas the other company for the same warranties only had 6 years. I was also informed that AtlasCare has been around for over 75 years and they even do free inspections! The original company we had got to look at our water tank heater first charged us a little over $100 after taxes just to tell us what I had already told them was the problem with our water tank heater! Crazy! Anyway — thank-you so much for the exemplary service AtlasCare!
