Valor Pest Control is awesome! It was our first time dealing with any kind of pest issues and they make everything so easy from the start. They pretty much take care of everything. We haven’t had anymore issues since the first time they came out 6 months ago. Everyone I’ve met and spoken with is super helpful. Reuben came out today and was very knowledgeable and friendly. I like that you don’t have to pay for “extra services/add ons” like the other companies I spoke with. Everything is included in the price. Plus they guarantee their work. If you have any issues between appointments all you have to do is call and they’ll come take care of it 100%. Plus I love that Valor is a local family owned small business. When you call you are speaking to someone in their office, not someone in another state. Which I experienced with other companies I was looking into. I highly highly recommend Valor for your pest issues.

Valor pest control is awesome. They come once every three months the knock down outside spider webs and spray all over and anywhere. Jackson had to come out for me to do because for the first time I had ants. He brought some ant bait I can’t remember the name of and his regular spray. He hit the spots where the ants were and then sprayed the rest of the house. It wasn’t my normal apt day because I had to call to get rid of the ants and it was a free visit. He was so nice and polite. He had to come back after my normal time because I didn’t hear my door bell and I was on my phone. When I recognized who was calling I called back he gladly with no hesitation with NO attitude came back to spray the ants we had. You could not ask for better nicer people! Thanks Jackson!!!

Reuben did my first inspection and spray this past week. He sprayed on the inside and outside and was very thorough in explaining what he would be doing and why I may be seeing some of the spiders that have shown up inside lately. Was told to expect him around 3 and he was here right on time. Very much appreciated and glad I've chosen Valor for pest control!
