Melissa SarverDriver keeps leaving packages on or in front of garage door and backing up into my short residential driveway. It could damage my garage door or I could hit it coming out not knowing it was there. I confronted him stating that he cannot just drop off in front of my garage door or lean it on the door, he said he could. I stated I also do not want them pulling their huge truck in our driveway because it’s going to damage it. He said he will no longer deliver to my address and force us to pick up. Essentially threatening me because I asked him to stop doing what he’s doing and be considerate. I reported this to FedEx twice and no resolution. I then asked to speak to a manager because I could hardly hear or understand the representatives (who was not helpful) and they said they can’t they don’t have anyone at the time. How is this legal? You can’t contact anyone local to report an issue and get it resolved or speak to a customer service manager? I am petite so if I have to leave my home I can’t!! That is a safety issue to block your driveway. I have seen multiple complaints about this on various platforms and no one does anything.

William PittmanIf you are a outside carrier scheduled to move their freight they have no problem canceling the load the night you are scheduled to move it not the that morning or even around noon no they wait until nine pm. The problem I have with this is I worked in around that exact type of business and I believe this act to be a lazy or scared dispatchers. Try recovering your lost fuel or time with this type of irresponsible.
