My family has used this service before and we've had good experiences until now. There was a old man at the front desk. He was very rude about the whole thing and we happened to have my little sister with us who has autism, she has the tendency to yell when anxious. The man kept asking to take her outside to wait. Not to mention that ITS 75°F OUTSIDE! AN THIS MAN. WANTS A CHILD WITH A DISABILITY TO WAIT OUTSIDE. If you cant understand and be respectful of customers I don't see as to why you should be working here
