Just wasn't the place for me. Nice people, good equipment as far as I saw. They have issues like every company out there. Unfortunately these were issues that I just couldn't and wouldn't deal with. If you have the means to get through a lengthy orientation and training program, generally unpaid, and don't mind being out in the weather on a daily basis; then it just might be the place for you. O/O and company drivers seem to do very well at Usher. Best of the best to all.
