This is the second time we have used Suns Solar Cleaning. The name says Rocklin, but they gladly came out to Elk Grove for us. They take before and after pictures so you are confident that you now have good efficient panels again. Their invoice says “Our specialized cleaning process included the use of a solar brush and deionized water, ensuring a thorough and chemical-free wash.” They did a great job and took lots of photos, including some extras of two panels that show damage from over the years. Earlier today, I had a critter guard installed on my solar panels, which came with a complimentary solar panel cleaning. I couldn’t be happier with the experience! From start to finish, their professionalism stood out. Yesterday, when I first reached out, Tim (one of the managers) was incredibly patient and took the time to answer all of my questions—and I had a lot! Scheduling was easy, and they were able to fit me in right away, which I really appreciated. On the day of service, the lead supervisor, Eddie, was just as professional, friendly, and patient. Even Tim stopped by after they started to personally check in and sign off on the work. Eddie sent me a final report with before-and-after pictures, and not only did they clean the solar panels, but they also noticed some debris in the gutters from a recent roofing job and removed it for me—an unexpected but much-appreciated bonus! As someone who is very detail-oriented (and admittedly picky), I tend to notice even the smallest imperfections—yet their work was top-notch. The panels look fantastic, and the critter guard was installed seamlessly. (And yes, I even took my drone up there to check—everything was flawless! lol) Their pricing is very reasonable, and the fact that they offer a five-year warranty along with discounts on future cleanings for returning customers makes them an even better choice. Given the quality of their work, I’ll definitely be using them for regular cleanings in the future. If you’re looking for a reliable, professional, and affordable company for solar panel maintenance, I highly recommend Suns Solar Cleaning!
